By combining industry expertise with a product mindset, Mick is committed to using technology to drive members’ health care experience.

Mike comes to enGen with over 26 years of experience in technology and operations within both the health care and financial services industries. For the past 20 years, he assisted health care organizations in transforming their businesses through technology-enabled solutions and large-scale business transformations. Since 2012, Mike has been a key partner to enGen, Highmark, Inc., United Concordia Dental, and Highmark Wholecare.
